	The Sultan of Brunei has always been the richest.

	Problem is that he owns so much, and discloses so little, that
getting a firm grip on just what he is worth is difficult to impossible. So
he doesnt qualify to be included in 'world's richest' lists cos it not
exciting if you dont have a number to tie to it.

	But guaranteed, his wealth makes BG look like a beggar on the
street.
