Similar, yes. iiNet's ``Voyager Home'' account is $40/month but limits 
you to 250MB, and many others offer similar services just to compete. If 
you truly want good service, try one of the more competent smallish 
local ISPs like http://www.wasp.net.au/ or http://www.indigo.net.au/ - 
service seems to be approximately inversely proportional to size, 
although IMHO it's more of a mileage-may-vary thing (there are very good 
service people in some larger companies, but also some floaters).
