	I think the point is more that once iinet buys them out, they seem
to replace sound infrastructure/practises with dodgy iinet practises......

	Rather than learning from what the other isp did better, iinet 'rape
and plunder' it so they become nothing more than an additional user base.

	Or so it appears.

	For example, I am sure Omen did a lot of things a lot better than
iinet, mainly due to Digger being on the ball. 





	Be nice.  They chose to sell the company to iiNet - we didn't go in
there
	and force them out of business.  I am always interested when people
say
	that we "raped and plundered" them - its not like we were their
bandwidth
	provider and shut them down.
