[plug] Resetting tty's

Is reset/tset(1) of any assistance? Saves my consoles & xterms when I do
something like cat /bin/ls that dumps random binary stuff at the terminal.
Also learnt the trick echo -e '\033c' somewhere, might've even been plug
but if either then reset is your safer bet. Unless it's entirely unrelated
to either. Worth a shot
