[plug] Debian install on HPT 370

Most of the abit boards have HTP370/366 Chips, debian provide bootup
disks with a starter kernel with the patches applied fom
http://www.ide-linux.org/ which allows these controllers to function
the disk images are on the debian cd under an ide/ dir.
