[plug] ximian for installfest

If anyone wants to install ximian gnome on any potato system tomorrow,
we're putting a mirror of it at ftp://ftp.terminus.net.au/pub/ximian
(it's not there yet, and it won't be after the installfest either). 
You'll be able to add:

  deb ftp://terminus.net.au/pub/ximian stable main

to your /etc/apt/sources.list.  We are on WAIX (that's the point).
