[plug] stupid newbie question...solved

I've noticed some cdroms have different delays at power up - some like
scsi devices (older ones) have variable response times at bootup.

Perhaps add a delay somewhere before the devices get mounted so the
processor on the cdrom has time to do its thing before its
accessed...
