Check the footnote... the $399 is actually for a quarter. iiNet makes 
you pay for an entire quarter at a time with this account and also 
puts you on a long term contract (18months?). $399 / 4 = $133

So my quick mental maths was wrong but its $133 a month rather than 
$99 a month.
