No worries. I just resented the sugggestion I was thinking like a "windows
user" - for exactly the reasons you detail below *grin*.

I'll second that, and then some. Just look at XP and the recent 
"settlement" *gag*

It's not too bad. We don't use outlook express, so thats 90% of problems
gone. Also, all important data is centrally stored on a well backed up 
sever, and I use a PDC/client model to make sure _EVERYTHING_ goes on 
the server. Even files in "my documents" and on the desktop, because 
training them to save files in sensible places is a lost cause.
And if worst comes to worst, we have the nightly backup tapes...
