No, but it is a very linux friendly service...just plug in your network card 
and your away...no pppoe junk..well you do need to use DHCP.  I am actually 
amazed just how crappy service is in australia and from what I have seen 
competion doesn't seem to help.  Pity, I'll miss my net access here when I 
have to go home.
