You have to have a copy of the actual kernel file on the DOS FAT
partition. From linux mount your dos partition somewhere (/mnt ?) and then
copy the image file from /boot to the dos partition in the loadlin
directory. And then use the above command from dos and substitute the
filename of the kernel.
