There is an article in today's West (Sat 17th) where Linux cops a backhander 
as being for "pointy eared geeks", and too hard..

His comments were obviously well researched and matured opinions, in what was 
basically a microsoft article. The article is in the Classified computer 
section, which is ~pp 50 of the classies.

Perhaps someone might like to demonstrate his bias to him with a well sorted 
workstation machine ? Anyone coming next week with such a machine? I'm still 
doing battle with the 3d card, ide cdr and Realtek network card..

If so, I or someone from the club could invite him.
