No.

Fair question. How is it normally set up if there is no Linux gateway box?

I would add a second ethernet card (and a crossover cable) to the 2.4
gateway box, solely for talking to the 2630. This makes firewalling and
traffic management easier by putting a physical break between the 2630
and the rest of your network, and because Linux routing and firewalling
rules tag packets with the name of the interface that they arrived on or
are outbound through.
If you don't have an ISDN router yet, I use and recommend the Traverse
Technologies (http://www.traverse.com.au/) NetJet cards. Several ISPs
with list denizens (WASP.net.au and Indigo.net.au for starters) can
supply you with one if they have stock, otherwise people like
EverythingLinux (http://www.everythinglinux.com.au/) will ship you one
in exchange for credit card info.

As is no doubt the case for several other readers here, I'm happy to
come around on a commercial basis and help for as long as you like. (-:
If this is an option for you, email likely candidates off-list.
