Mozilla 0.7 and 0.8 milestone releases come with the personal security
manager.

I've only being using the milestones, I haven't used either NS6.01 or
CVS build, so I don't know how stable it is. As for NS 6 being a release
build and therefore more stable, have a look at

Many of these are in Mozilla as well, but it shows (IMHO) that NS 6 was
released early.
