[plug] TNT2 and console weirdness...

And here's another one I mis-sent, which is still a big issue:

On the same troublesome Lab image I'm setting up, the PCs have TNT2 cards.
Running X4.0.2, if I Ctrl-Alt-F1 to go to the text console, the text character
set is all garbled. Switching between the X server and text console doesn't
seem to fix it, but restarting the X server DOES seem to fix it, at least for a
while.

Does anyone know what's going on here? (I'm new to nvidia cards and their
issues...)
