[plug] Java Runtime for StarOffice

Hi,

I've been going around in circles trying to get the Java part of SO 
(build 619) working (never used SO before so having the 'Help' will 
be useful).

I'm running Debian Potato and have installed the JDK (1.1) as well 
as trying jikes and kaffe. SO doesn't recognise a runtime 
environment as being installed. What is it I am missing? Is there 
another package with the JRE? Even if I point SO back to it's own 
setup area, it doesn't see any JRE there.
