[plug] ISA PCMCIA

I have an ISA PCMCIA adapter card (to use PCMCIA cards with a desktop
PC) that doesn't seem to be recognised by pcmcia-cs. The kernel says:

kernel: Intel PCIC probe: not found.
kernel: ds: no socket drivers loaded!

/etc/pcmcia/config.opts has a range of interrupts and ioports that you
can include or exclude, and I've tinkered with these but it hasn't made
any difference, and there are no messages indicating what resources
could be causing the problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

TIA
