[plug] glibc 2.2 & Mandrake

Yes. I put it on (along with a bunch of other dependencies) to check out
the latest preview release of Evolution.
I am not sure what the problem is yet but some apps are complaining
about unsupported locale and I had to install a compat glibc 2.1 libs
package. Got it all from the Cooker archive on AARNET.
