Hi there pluggers
I am new at this linux game, my wonderful (;-O) son installed RH6.2 as our
home server, then went away for a while, and suddenly I dont know what to do
any more! We have multiple macs, acorns and a linux machine talking to it,
and of course it seems to work well mott. I WILL get there, the man pages
help a bit but there is no index of error messages (Ill bet there is, of
course, but not that I have yet located ).
I see this error in /var/logs/messages whenever we print...
'parport0 detected irq7; use procfs to enable interrupt-driven operation'.
So what does this error mean, and is it serious? Is it the reason that we
keep having trouble staying connected to our ISP, for example?.. or is that
another question for the list?!!
Cheers and thanks in advance
