[plug] @INC in Perl

Pluggers,

Playing with Perl at a NEWBIE level. Following some instructions in a
readme file, perl -MCPAN -e shell. Then ...

cpan> install Bundle::LWP

No errors that I noticed. But when I run this perl script it reports ...

Can't locate WP/UserAgent.pm in @INC (@INC contains: .....)

I am guessing that @INC is some kind of path, but I can't find where it
is modified. The file that it reports as missing is on the system but
not in any of the @INC dirs, so I created a sym link from one of the
dirs listed to the actual file but it still fails.

Any pointers please?
