(Yes, it would if a sub-title for a speech was mentioned in the announcement.
ie; not just "PHP", but "Intro to PHP" or "PHP and Security" or the like...)

I, on the other hand, am a Perl Junkie (mostly mod_perl, with some FastCGI
Perl), but I'd rather not let customers loose with such a Swiss Army Knife on
the server... ^_^
