[plug] Caesar 3 under Wine

I cannot remember who I talked to, in Plug, about using wine with Sierra 
games, but I hope he still reads the mail.

It used to work, but I upgraded to RH7.1 and Wine release 20010629.
Cannot even get setup.exe to run from the cdrom.
