High? Thats only 2% (two percent!) saturation on a 512kbit link.
But why do they bother with bandwidth limits at all when the volume
charges are so high? I cant see how they make sense, except to limit
otherwise "unlimited" accounts.
   How can Telstra possible justify charging 35c/MB ? Its disgusting.

Thats $78 for the first 3GB, and $1050 for the next 3GB.
