[plug] ReiserFS anyone

Hi all

I have been having a battle getting a working system to be able 
to check ReiserFS out.

Firstly are speed improvements worth the effort?

I have a seperate ext2 boot partition and a ReiserFS / partition
formated with the
Mandrake 8 install CD and am trying to boot using the mandrale 7.2 GRUB
boot loader.

I can get the Kernel to boot up to the point it needs start init and it
fails
with the message unable to open initial display.
man init has not been very helpfull.

I would be interested to here how others are booting their ReiserFS
setups.
