[plug] Network collision troubleshooting

I am getting 55% collisions on one of my boxes.  I have 10 computers 
at work (All unix).  All but two show collisions, but one has 55%.  
The two without collisions are connected into a switch, the remaining 
are connected into a DEC repeater.
I see that by doing a "netstat -i" and dividing the collisions by the 
opkts entry.

I changed the network card in the one at 55%, but still get them.
Any help would be appreciated.
