Ive just installed Mandrake 6 and have this probelm I have an external netcom modem on com2 which worked fine under Mandrake 7. Now when i try to configure the dialup section and enter all the details it refuses to accept "OK" and just leaves me at the screen. I went to modems and select the correct device and when i try and do a "get modem commands" nothing Any ideas?
