[plug] upgrading to netscape6

Ive been using Mozilla as my primary browser since M17 (had it installed
from M14) and have found it easily more stable then netscape, especially the
latest 0.8 (0.81 should be out soon, may already be out). Netscape 6 isnt
worth the disk space.
