AFAIR, it's called IP-MASQUERADING-HOWTO, but don't quote me on that....
It's probably installed along with RH (if you installed the HOWTOs).  If
not, you should be able to find it via any of the myriad Linux sites which
seem to pop up like mushrooms every time someone says "Microsoft".
