[plug] test - messages not getting through to list ?

	While we are on the topic of bad ram and ram testers,,,,

	I remember reading about a kernel modules (or was it a patch?) that
thoroughly tested the ram on boot, and any bad ram was set aside so it could
not be allocated by linux.

	It means you can use a dodgy ram chip (eg 128M with a few dodgy
pages becomes 127.something). 

	I cant remember the name of it, but I *think* it might have been
called something like 'badram'.... I dont know if it has made it into the
standard kernel tree

	Any thoughts?
