[plug] netscape problem

Hi Bernard,

1) I am using proxies -- from the .netscape/preferences 
file 

PROXY_MODE:             1
PROXY_URL:              http://www.per.its.csiro.au
SOCKS_HOST:
FTP_PROXY:              www.per.its.csiro.au:80
HTTP_PROXY:             www.per.its.csiro.au:80
HTTPS_PROXY:
GOPHER_PROXY:           www.per.its.csiro.au:80
WAIS_PROXY:             www.per.its.csiro.au:80
NO_PROXY:

2) it happens for all sites
3) no I dont have any other machines to compare it too.
I get the proxies off a machine at work -- they seem to work there
