Solution:

Kill parents, 
go gaol, 
attempt to convince warden to install linux.
if you fail kill warden.
continue until you get linux installed, you're released or you die.

This could be perhaps written in pseudocode as:

while(!convinced && $served < $sentence && !dead){
	kill($headhoncho);
};
