You can sell an Internet gateway/mail/Web box to almost any business. 
More specialised applications are fewer and further between, and it can
be difficult for prospective clients to find the people with the right
skills.

This is one of the reasons that I am setting up a portal for referral of
work to Linux consultants.  It is free for both consultants and clients,
although there will be some value added services for people who want
them (ranging from phone answering to software, hosting/colo, and legal
precedents).
