Yes it is basically Red Hat with a friendly Web front end.  (That's an
oversimplification, but...)  They were bought out by Mitel Networks so
it's called SME Server now.  You can't just buy a box of it, they want
to sell you support and monitoring services bundled in.  On the other
hand it is GPL of course so you can buy a burnt copy.
