[plug] mixers

This is a fairly trivial question, but never mind. Way back on our Mandrake 
7.2 installation, in KDE we had Bass and Treble controls, but I've never 
seen the feature since. Although we can use the equaliser in a lot of 
programmes, not all have them. Does anyone know where we can get an X mixer 
that can do this?
