[plug] Open source DVD playback

LinDVD (for Linux) is made by the people who make WinDVD. It's commercial
closed source, so the movie corporations get their cut, and everyone is
*mostly* happy.

While not a plugin style executable, it does allow Linux people with SDL &
XFree4 machines to watch DVDs with an appropriate DVD drive.
