I've got it to work fine with OpenOffice 627 I've got a copy of 632 (or 
something like that) lying around, but I haven't gotten around to 
installing it. The whole lot was put in /usr/local/openoffice and then I 
get a 2meg directory in my home directory. I can't remember, but I think 
I may have had to edit the soffice script, but I can't remember exact 
details.

While on the subject of Open Office, does anyone know the switches to 
make it start a spreadsheet, or something other than a text document, 
straight up?
