[plug] id3v2 tags

I've just discovered that one of my large mp3 audio cd images has multiple
id3 tags within it, and when i play it in xmms it changes its display on
the fly.

This was something of a revelation to me, I then learnt some stuff about
Icecast and shoutcast

Does anyone know any tools for editing id3 tags - i'd like to be able to
draw all the songs from all my large files if they exist for my own hard
copy playlist.
