[plug] Australian rsync mirror addresses for Debian Woody pls

Thanks: rsync suggestions were great.

Hi Tony and Matt and others,
I now have cd images up to date as of 6 August 2001 from aarnet.

I looked at the international Debian rsync mirror list- it seems Spain has 
images up to date as of 20 Oct 01.  I guess Chicago and Talahasse may be 
faster links but they have reached the maximum users. I will try later, but 
there may be other options.
