[plug] OT: ADSL suppliers *without* modems

Now that USB is becoming the norm for ADSL providers outside Aust, it's
only a matter of time before it happens here in a big way.
There are a lot of ADSL modems now available from wholesalers, but most of
the "plans" I've seen have included the modem & installation.
Is anyone aware of West Australian ISPs supporting BYO ADSL?
(Also has something to do with a cheap Alcatel Home eth I picked up)

Thanks,

Craig Foster
