[plug] en_GB KDE "trash can"

Oh yes, I think I neglected to sign off as the KDE en_GB (English Great 
Britain) Translation Team Co-ordinator.  This is for use in all British 
English speaking countries like the UK, "Oz", NZ etc.

By the way, any useful suggestions/comments?
