[plug] Database design

I tried dia but it gets messy when you try to move things around. The
closest to helpful I have got is the Oracle ER diagrammer, but I have some
issues with what they show and hide in the diagram. I did not know about
pgaccess in PostgreSQL but will definitely have a look. I think a version of
Visio is really what I am looking for, but on a Linux platform. I will check
these options and look for a RAD solution somewhere. Maybe Zend make
something.
