I'll take that bet.  It will be Afghanistan not Palestine and it will
likely
take a few days, if not weeks, before there is any retaliation.

Its more than the USA that will retaliate.  Terrorism is a true fear of all
nation's governments; when terrorists become as brave as this, nations
unite to show how no nation will tollerate this behaviour or fall to their
knees.
