I reckon thei kick daemon must be sleep half the time 'cause I can usually
connect for about 4 or 5 days straight, with a modem :)
On a normal user account static IP's go for $27.50 per year, although I
dunno if Telstra supplies you with static IP for DoV or not? it's no written
on the DoV account page -
http://www.wn.com.au/products/access/pricing/dov.htm or on the T&C's page -
http://www.wn.com.au/products/access/conditions/dov.htm .
