Can someone tell me how to include full headers, in forwarding messages,
using pine?

I have used the H in viewing a message, to display the full header, but,
in so doing, when I tried to forward the message, no header was displayed
in the forwarding message, whereas, in viewing the normal header, then
forwarding, the normal header was displayed in the forwarding message.

I am using pine 4.21.
