[plug] Download manager

I have been inspired to download and install Oracle9i to try out some heavy
duty SQL with he spatial data types. However this is an awful lot of
megabytes and is only available as an http download. Can someone please
suggest a download manager that will support pause and resume in this
download. It seems all the managers I have seen only support ftp downloads.
