I'm basing that proposition on my futile attempts last year and earlier
to chase up security incidents recorded by some intrusion detection
systems I set up - tracing them back to the source very often lead to
the RedHat default web page on the systems.
I have no statistics or any contact details that may be of use to you -
all I'm going on is my own memory.
The situation may very well have changed since then.
