iiNet's On-The-Bliiink has free midnight to 7am traffic[1], and just how
avid are these gamers not to play on a WAIX server?
Hell, you're not a real ISP in Perth, unless you've got a Quake3 and CS
server :P
Does suck about the ports though :(
