[plug] Focussing Mozilla (or any window?) via a command?

Where? Only opening it if it wasn't already open. My second paragraph 
specifically said:

Maybe it's for the too hard basket. At least for today...

It'll probably be a moot point once I go to KDE 3.1 - where Konqueror will 
support Tabbed browsing. Bwahahaha!
