Hello, Bernard and Jeremy!

Any chance you can switch to sending to the list without attachments?

Minutes can go to Website.

Other normal sort of communication can be as a simple message.  If you need
to work on it regularly before sending then re-save it to a draft folder as
you go.

No need for the attachments.
