[plug] rsync send_files error

I'm using James B's exclude list (ta, again) for rsync to fetch the debian
mirror from ftp.it.net.au and getting quite a few errors:

send_files failed to open file //pool/t/tcc/tcc-0.9.9_1-i386.deb no such file or
directory

Am I right in thinking it's the Informed Technology (poledra) server end that
doesn't have a file expected by rsync ?

Just trying to figure if I'm going to end up with a gammy mirror.

I'm trying to take my pre-stable woody to stable woody (Debian 3.0). I've looked
veeeeery carefully at the exclude list and I _think_ it's going to end up
grabbing potato (it's still there in non-pool form and now called oldstable),
woody, sarge, and sid, This could be interesting. The mirror is getting fuller
by the minute. Uh oh :)

I've got a 14GB mirror partition, do those_that_know think I'm going to hit the
endstops ? The exclude means I only get i386 (mostly .. there are a few
stragglers from the other architectures).

Praps I should ask .. is it possible to use the ftp at poledra to do an equiv.
to a local drive "du" to see how much space the mirror occupies ?

Speculating on my original question above, is it likely the missing files are
simply because sid and sarge are being fetched and that they have missing
package "issues" ?

All the best
